The Scottish Owl Centre offers a number of opportunities for closer encounters with our owls.

Birthday Parties

Children can have an absolute hoot at the Scottish Owl Centre! We can provide party packages for up to 20 children and 2 adults.

We will effortlessly occupy your party goers for 2 hours with owl related party games and fun in the adventure playground. There will even be a special guest experience of an owl for the birthday child to hold and fly!

All you need to provide is food and drink. We can supply a cake customised to your own design for the small additional charge of £15. Packages start at just £50. Please contact the centre on 01586 554397 to discuss your exact requirements.

Owl Encounters

For the adults we offer owl handling courses and photo shoots. Each encounter lasts for 2 hours and costs just £50 per person.

School Visits

School visits are an invaluable hands-on experience for all ages and stages of the National Curriculum. We can cover anything from owl characteristics and habitat, right through to conservation issues and food chains. We can even let the children, (and brave teachers,) dissect real owl pellets! Activities are tailored to your exact requirements.

School visits are available in the morning from April to early October and all day the rest of the year. We can cater for 10-35 pupils at a time and offer a special schools rate of just £3.00 per pupil with 1 teacher admitted free of charge for every 10 pupils attending.
